Additional non-confidential results include a $12.5 million vehicle collision settlement, an $11 million motor vehicle accident settlement, an $11 million commercial vehicle collision settlement, a $9.2 million commercial vehicle collision, and a record $7.6 million jury verdict in a Hall County dog-bite case. Among their most significant work is complex litigation arising from the liquid nitrogen disaster at a Gainesville poultry processing facility, where nitrogen gas was released into an enclosed employee workspace, killing multiple workers. The firm represented multiple families in the nationally recognized case. Among other significant recoveries, they secured a $3 million workers’ compensation settlement recognized as one of the top results in Georgia for workers’ compensation litigation.
